Welcome to CozyBaloo.com! By using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order—it is not a final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or technical issues.

2. Prices

All prices are listed in DKK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, and other major payment methods. Your payment will be authorized at checkout and charged when your order is shipped.

4. Shipping

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location. Delays may occur during peak periods.

5. Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense. Please contact us at cozybaloo@gmail.com for return instructions.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us as soon as possible with a description and photos at cozybaloo@gmail.com.

We only collect the information needed to process your order and improve your experience. Your data is handled securely and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.
